About the Class

The ancient practice of yoga designed to centre the mind, calm the body and reduce stress. Vinyasa is a type of yoga that emphasises the flowing translation from one pose into the next – so it appears to have a “slow- flowing dance”-type of orientation. Ideally, it should be a balanced sequence that offers a complimentary mix of strength, flexibility, breath and mindfulness. Namaste.
