Only since I was 18.
What brought you to Planet Fitness?
Ease, location, and price.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, I wanted to get active again.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Yes! But I want to keep taking it further, I didn’t expect to see as many changes as I have.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
Yes, it’s a lot more welcoming than some other gyms I’ve been to.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To keep up my efforts, so I can keep getting better at handball!
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Energy, time, and motivation.
Do you have any sources of inspiration? If so, who/what are they?
Yes to be a good role model for my students
What is your weekly fitness regime?
I do an hour and a half, five times a week.
