About me: Fitness brings out the best in me and I want to encourage people to experience the same results and satisfaction. I want to be a positive influence and help to improve their quality of life through health and fitness in a fun and safe environment.

Interests: I enjoy being active both indoors and out. In the gym I enjoy functional, strength and cross training, whilst outdoors I love any adventurous sport with an adrenaline rush.
